The Board of Studies
With a view to ensuring academic excellence, relevance of curricula, outcome-based education, and continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and evaluation processes, and in accordance with the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019 and the Statutes/Ordinances/Regulations framed thereunder, the Board of Studies of Glocal University is hereby constituted as under:
Composition of the Board of Studies:

| 6 | One industry / professional expert | Member |
| 7 | Controller of Examinations or his/her nominee | Member |
| 8 | A senior faculty member nominated by the Vice-Chancellor | Member-Secretary |
Powers and Functions of the Board of Studies:
- The Board of Studies shall perform the following functions:
- To design, review, and update curricula and syllabi in line with academic and industry requirements
- To recommend teaching schemes, evaluation methods, and examination patterns
- To promote innovation, skill development, and research orientation in academic programmes
- To ensure compliance with UGC and statutory regulatory requirements, wherever applicable
- To recommend introduction, modification, or discontinuation of courses and programmes
- To advise on any other academic matter referred to it by the Dean, Vice-Chancellor, or the competent authority
This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain effective until further orders.
