Vision

Global canvas, local colours—that is what we at Glocal simply believe in. It is the prism that refracts all our endeavours—whether architecture, curriculum design, pedagogy, hostel life, laboratories, cafés, or the library. In short, we celebrate the liminal space where the ‘global’ meets the ‘local’. We are traditional, yet not entirely so. We are modern, yet not completely defined by it. We understand the hybrid nature of the global workplace, and that is why no rigid binaries constrain us. To flourish in today’s world, one cannot afford overly fixed or substantive visions of the good life; instead, one must appreciate the negotiated and evolving nature of the contemporary. That is why we emphasize reflexivity, flexibility, diversity, and accommodation as key values. While this ethos guides our critical engagement, we are equally committed to developing high-quality professionals for the wider world—including industry, public sector organizations, and academia
